VELOCITY SPORTS PERFORMANCE NIKE SUMMER PERFORMANCE SERIES LACROSSE CAMP, MN, UNITED STATES
You can't become a better lacrosse player by just playing more lacrosse. You need to improve your overall athleticism. The Velocity Sports Performance Nike Summer Performance Series will focus on:
- Developing power in your shot
- Increasing your speed towards the goal
- Improving agility on the field
- Reducing the likelihood of injury
The camp features both lacrosse skill instruction and Velocity Sports Performance’s unique and proven version of Nike SPARQ Training. Velocity Sports Performance and the Nike Summer Performance Series can take you to the next level.
Who: Lacrosse players ages 11-18 yrs old. The athletes will be split up by age and then by skill on the first day of camp. Age groups are: 11-13 and 14-18. Coaching provided by Ryan Ward of the MN Swarm.
Where: The camp will take place at Rose Park in Burnsville located on the corner of Judicial Rd. and County Road 42. When: June 30th thru July 3rd from 9am-3pm. For a daily camp activity schedule please visit our web site.
